BIOGRAPHY:
The head of the bodygards for the goddess palutena, Pit rose to prominence by saving Angel Land twice- first from the evil Medusa on NES, then from the demonic Orcos on Game Boy.Although Pit's fame has been overshadowed by that of other heros of recent years, his time out of the limelight looks to have been well-spent: in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Pit has matured into an adept fighter who can convert his Sacred Bow of Palutena into dual bladeswhen necessary.In his previous adventures, Pit's wings were mostly for show, but in Brawl, they're likely to make him a master of aerial combat.

The protagonist in Kid Icarus. Pit's Sacred Bow of Palutena is actually two blades combined. He can separate them or unite them at will for use in battle.

The arrows Pit's bow unleashes shoot out like beams of light. Players can control the curves of their trajectories.

Special Moves

Pit draws his bowstring taut...

And fires! The trajectory of the arrow can curve...

Steering up and down will bend the trajectory. His arrows travel as fast as light, though, so be quick. Very quick!

He's falling! Danger! ...But don't worry.

The "Wings of Icarus" allow Pit to fly freely through the sky!

In actuality, though, Pit is an angel who cannot ordinarily fly. After a while, he will fall, so be careful.

<Palutena’s Army>

Pit is the captain of Palutena’s Army, the guardians of the Goddess of Light! It’s said that when he raises his voice to heaven, this goddess will appear.

Goddess Palutena! I beseech you!

Now that’s what I call a deity. Look how big she is!

Well, I guess technically that’s not her actual size. She just chose to manifest herself as something that big.

Here come the flying Centurions...

Now, attack!

They divebomb at incredible speeds!

It’s very difficult to dodge a charge of Centurions, splitting the sky like a storm.

Then again, the Centurions scatter after they clash. They each make one attack and then fall in battle.

Their sacrifices are so...so moving...
